This station is free for all independent artists, and in order to keep it that way, we inforce our DIRECT LICENSE (Music Performance Agreement). Cybro Radio has a License agreement with 100% of the artist's (copyright holders) who's music and/or video is broadcast, streamed, podcast or blogged from this station. The license agreement gives Cybro Radio the legal right to broadcast, stream, podcast or blog an artist's (copyright holders) music on a royalty free basis for both Musical Compositions and Sound Recordings. Once the music and/or video have been approved by the copyright holders by way of a License Agreement, and published to the internet, the Cybro Radio Station will not be held responsible for the information and material supplied to Cybro Radio, and approved by the copyright holder, nor will the Station be responsible for removing current links, dead links, feeds to Ipod, Itunes, and default mp3 players or any other feeds from any search engine, free-for-all or any other directories linking back to Cybro Radio.
